Living at Jack Flats- by Windsor is an absolute delight. The team in the management office is fantastic, available and caring. The apartment is beautiful with a very nice layout of rooms. Having a pool, a pet area, a gym and an Internet café put this apartment complex head and shoulders above others in the area. In addition, the cleanliness of the buildings and care of landscaping are excellent.

Prompt, friendly and always very helpful maintenance service.

If we ever have an issue, we just place a phone call and our problem is solved! Al and Senad are wonderful, theyre quick to respond, efficient and very neat. And Ian, Jeff and Dave in the office are equally wonderful. I really feel like the whole staff really cares about us residents. We are very happy with our decision to live here!

I have been living here for about 6 yrs. Now. I love the location and this community. While in past there have been changes in management, I really Iike the new team that are currently here. The Management and staff are always professional and I personally have seen some improvements around the property. Since covid began Management have always taken the right steps to ensure that everyone is safe in the community and that everyone is following the covid guidelines. I really appreciate that. One more thing, I like their transparency and the fact that they keep us informed with any new updates within the community.

I had a problem with my Nest Thermostat. I spoke to Ian in the office and he called maintenance for me. He was here by the time I came back upstairs. He was so nice. He replaced the unit and now it works perfectly. I love it at Jack Flats. The neighbors are friendly and so are the dogs. My last apartment canceled all activities because of Covid. Here you still have the Xmas trees, the Taco truck and Movie night. Its been great!

The apartments are comfortable and it is close to the orange line which makes commuting very convenient.

We absolutely love living at Jack Flats. Management is amazing and they are always available when needed. Overall, it's a very welcoming community and we feel at home and valued. The pool and community areas are great, and our puppy loves playing with her friends at the dog park.

Jack Flats has been amazing to live in! The history behind it and the design of the apartments are unbeatable. The staff is the best part. They are so quick to help you and they are the most welcoming I've ever experienced in an apartment complex!

I find all the staff from the office,maintenance to people and cleaning personal helpful,friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for the residents.This is a safe and clean community.The management are always helpful and give people the feeling of extended family members.You are not just a renter you have the feeling of caring family.

This is a quiet, lovely, modern, immaculately clear, very well equipped and pleasant living community. The staff are attentive and friendly, moving in was painless, our apartment looked and felt essentially new, and any minor maintenance issues were addressed almost instantly. Modern amenities make the experience of apartment living exceptional.

Responsiveness to maintenance requests are SO FAST--usually within an hour or two. Senad is always extremely friendly and polite. He always has the tools and parts available to ensure repairs are done same day. After owning a home for 25 years, we LOVE the maintenance-free apartment life.

Beautiful apartment, and the response to everything from maintenance to front office questions answered promptly and with a smile. Great facilities with outdoor pool, dog park, fire pit, barbecue grills, and a gym. A great place to live.
