Living here feels like home. The apartment is spacious, the interior hallways are always being cleaned and smell fresh. The swimming pool is an excellent amenity along with valet trash pickup and concierge package. The location next to the Middlesex Fells makes it really special place to live. And most importantly, the staff are friendly, helpful, responsive and professional.

I enjoy the location in relation to my son and his family,, I appreciate the events and social gatherings here, and the the maintenance is spot on. I find Jack Flats by Windsor to be over the top in the way they bend over backwards to please people. This is a true community, not just an apartment complex.

I find Jack Flats by Windsor to be the perfect place for me. Im 1.25 miles from my family which i consider extremely important to me. I am very pleased with Ian and Jeff in management. They simply cannot do enough for you and definitely have bent over backwards for me. Maintenance is fast, friendly, knowledgeable and very clean. I have nothing but praise for the Community in general.

Senad was so helpful and a pleasure to interact with - he made my day yesterday. Our fire alarm battery was low and it was beeping and Senad showed up so quickly and cheerfully. We also had an issue with one of our rugs leading into the bathroom and he took a look at the issue and communicated his plan to solve it (with options A, B, and C depending on what the problem was) and assured me it would be fixed quickly. He did some trouble shooting and fixed immediately solved the issue. It had been so annoying for months and we wish wed just asked sooner. Thank you, Senad!

The guys in the office, Ian and Jeff, are over the top helpful and will bend over backwards to help you out with anything. I cannot imagine living any place else other than here. I love it here.

I have been living here for about 6 yrs. Now. I love the location and this community. While in past there have been changes in management, I really Iike the new team that are currently here. The Management and staff are always professional and I personally have seen some improvements around the property. Since covid began Management have always taken the right steps to ensure that everyone is safe in the community and that everyone is following the covid guidelines. I really appreciate that. One more thing, I like their transparency and the fact that they keep us informed with any new updates within the community.

I had a problem with my Nest Thermostat. I spoke to Ian in the office and he called maintenance for me. He was here by the time I came back upstairs. He was so nice. He replaced the unit and now it works perfectly.
I love it at Jack Flats. The neighbors are friendly and so are the dogs. My last apartment canceled all activities because of Covid. Here you still have the Xmas trees, the Taco truck and Movie night. Its been great!
